Dr. Bill has a conversation with one of his mentees, the founder of Texas-based Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics Dr, Saam Zarrabi.

Dr. Zarrabi shares his story of dropping out of UCLA to start an ultimately failing business and how his interactions with Dr. Bill inspired him to go back to school, where graduated from UCLA with a BS in Economics in 2005, and from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2008. In 2008, he founded Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics (a multidisciplinary large group practice) and has been a leader of the practice culture.
