Valuable Insights:
- If we have a goal that we want in life, chances are somebody else has already done it.
- There are a hundred different ways of making a billion bucks a year. And the key is to figure out which of those ways works best for you.
- Richmond Dan has two coaching programs. One called black belt for a coach is doing at least a hundred thousand dollars a year looking to scale to a million. And then he has another program called Boardroom, which has four coaches making a million dollars a year who wanted to scale beyond that.
- In the sensei session, Richmond Dan picks four people from the Boardroom to teach us a 45-minute masterclass on anything that's made them successful, and then they compete against each other to see who has the best session.
- What a lot of the people at the seven-figure mark do exceptionally well is, 20% of their marketing is always celebrating a client that's getting results.
- You need to overdeliver for your referrals in a way your competitors wouldn't even think of.
- Don't just deliver for your referrals over-deliver for all of them. Give them a gift that nobody, none of your competitors, is thinking of.
- Deliver things beyond your client's expectations
- Find ways or opportunities to give your clients a story that they could tell to other people.
- Start thinking about a low-end offer where money is not an objection.
