California residents are leaving the state in record numbers, and cities are suffering the most. It started with the COVID pandemic, but studies show it's not slowing down.
A report done by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago say numbers from the moving company United Van Lines show 60% of their business in California is from people leaving the state altogether.
