In this interview, Michelle shares her professional journey from the west coast to the east coast, including international consulting. She’s worked on behalf of exploited children and served as a long-time Director of Human Resources for the US Senate. She is also the Owner of Trifecta Consulting, Tri the World Travel, and founder of the nonprofit Humankind. Michelle is an avid outdoor and sport enthusiast. Whether skiing or boating, running or racing, Michelle is active. And, recently she earned her Master Captains License allowing her to pilot vessels carrying 7 or more passengers offshore or on inland waters. She shares the impact immigrant parents had on her own work ethic. ”I realized that one little act of kindness could mean a lot more to the person that's receiving and it costs nothing.”
