Ring in the new year with some picowbell designs

one of the successes we had with the adafruit feather / featherwing format is that we spent a year making a new feather board once a week - for a total of 50 boards and accessories. for 2023 we're seeing a lot of folks using the raspberry pi pico and pico w (https://www.adafruit.com/category/875) so we were thinking we could 'port' the designs over from 'wings to 'bells. we already did the proto cowbell (https://www.adafruit.com/product/5200) and now we're designing a port of the adalogging 'wing (https://www.adafruit.com/product/2922) which adds a QT port, RTC with battery, and microSD card. the battery holder just barely fits!
