This week we will take a climb up to the top of the cultural landscape we find ourselves in, with the challenge of somehow seeing the goodness of God in it all. Yes, we will remember together that even in affliction and adversity, God’s goodness can be found in astounding and transformational ways! We will be in Psalm 119:65-72 where the singer belts out, “Good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statues.” We’ll ask ourselves, yet again in this beautiful text, “Do I understand it? Can I feel it? Am I willing to sing it?” I’ll talk to you soon!
