Pastor Chris continues our study “David, After God’s Heart: The Trust and Tragedy of a Shepherd-King,” with a teaching entitled “David & Nathan.” In studying 2nd Samuel 12, we learn of both the mercy of God and consequences for David in light of his great sin(s). Here we recognize that God moves fully in the forgiveness of sin while also allowing consequences to remain that shape our lives.
