The interesting thing with him is he had no idea that Commercial Brokering is what he would eventually end up in. After intentionally pursuing and acquiring a Journalism Degree from the University of Kansas, he came Omaha and landed a job as a cold caller. Spencer’s story drastically changed at this point when he decided that in order for him to become the person he always wanted to be, in order to achieve the success he always wanted, he would have to completely change who he was. This is where podcasts played a major part in the trajectory of his life. He would quit his job and take one of the most important and life changing trips that would ultimately shape his future. Spencer then wraps up part one talking about his entry into Commercial Real Estate - how & why he strategically picked this niche - and the struggles he overcame, especially shiny object syndrome.
