Manya Rubinstein (4:18) had always been passionate about bringing people together, and did just that when she founded Industrious Spirits Company (ISCO) as the first distillery in Providence since the prohibition era. Manya gained years of experience at America's most well-known corporate firms when she saw the opportunity to create a distillery in Rhode Island in 2015.  In this on-site interview, we chat with Manya about the founding of ISCO - we discuss why she chose the Valley neighborhood, the process of building a team, and creating the perfect environment.  Manya talks through some of the process of creating great-tasting & sustainable spirits, and mentions some of the crowd favorites.
