Pastor Iziah concludes our series entitled “Faithful: A Study in 1st & 2nd Peter.” In this teaching, “While You’re Waiting,” we investigate 2nd Peter 3, in which Peter addresses those mocking the return of Jesus. He calls his readers to reflect and remember why they’re waiting and what they should be doing in order to prepare. Through this study, we see God’s divine purpose in delaying Jesus’ return, we are encouraged to make every effort to be found ready when he does return, and we are reminded to grow in the knowledge and grace of Jesus.
