Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA, is a Houston-based attorney advising and representing clients nationally and internationally on legal and regulatory issues including healthcare, cybersecurity, HIPAA, the HITECH Act, securities law, the False Claims Act, and Dodd-Frank. She also teaches bioethics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, serves as the Chair of the Government Relations Committee for the Federal Bar Association, and has served the Houston Community through volunteering at the Junior League of Houston, being a Board Member for the UNICEF Southwest Regional Board, and providing legal advice through the Houston Bar Association's Veterans Clinics.
