It is May 7, 1976 right before 5pm when a stolen car had been located. The car belonged to a man named Frank Columbo who lived in Elk Grove, a suburb of Chicago. Authorities notified the Elk Grove police and asked them to do a welfare check on the Columbo home. When officers entered the home, it was clear that this was much more than a stolen car recovery case. A loving family had been brutally murdered and a neighborhood was scared. The crime would shock everyone but the biggest shock was yet to come. Join Jen and Cam as we discuss “A Dark Love:Columbo Family Murders” on this episode of Our True Crime Podcast.
