He shares stories and nuggets about his motivation to leave his W2, his beginnings in Real Estate buying a dilapidated 5 unit multifamily in the middle of nowhere Iowa, to a conversation he had with some high net worth investors that led to him investing in larger multifamily which after a horrible experience and some self evaluation, eventually led to him exploring other commercial investing options.
