On April 28th, 2019, Los Angeles Football Club (7-2-1)earned a 1-1 tie in Seattle against the Sounders. The black and gold wrapped up regular season play against the Sounders with four of six possible points, but could have easily left CenturyLink Field with three points if not for a rare defensive gaffe by Colombian center back Eddie Segura and missed tap in goal by forward Christian Ramirez, which highlighted an off day for LAFC's offense.
With seven wins in ten attempts and 23 points out of 30 in hand, LAFC continue to ride one of the best starts Major League Soccer history. LAFC's next match will see the Chicago Fire travel to the Banc for the first time on Saturday (5/4).
LAFC writer-at-large Ryan Wallerson, Josh Gross of the Southern California News Group (Daily News) & Alex Dwyer of MLSsoccer.com break down LAFC's performance against Seattle and preview this weekend's home game against Chicago.
