Beau-Shaan is a steel fixer who has worked in the construction industry for 11 years.
His purpose is to change the narrative in the construction industry to open up conversations for men struggling to speak up. He wants to let people, in general, know there is a community and support group here.
In this week's episode, we talk about his involvement in the Men's Medicine and Amend Movement groups and how this has provided him with a platform for personal growth and self-healing whilst holding space for other men.
Beau-Shaan is a core leader of the Melbourne chapter of the Amend Movement group and facilitates breath work and meditation sessions and organising sunset and sunrise meet-ups. I have attended these and found them beautiful, warm and loving sessions.
Beau-Shaan openly talks about his challenges with suicidal thoughts and his relationship with his father back in NZ.
I am sure you will enjoy this episode and feel how warm, loving, and caring Beau-Shaan is.
