Today on the Friends in Beauty Podcast I welcome the founders of the Black Micropigmentation Association to the Friends in Beauty guest chair. The BMA is founded by 4 Permanent Makeup experts, estheticians and beauty business educators, from around the globe who, collectively, have over 24 years of experience in the beauty industry.
It all started on Clubhouse when Artists and friends Dior Davenport, Shalon Burruss, Sheron Devlin and Kechia Taylor came together to develop solutions to the challenges facing Black entrepreneurs in the beauty and permanent makeup spaces.
The Black Micropigmentation Association is for all Beauty Professionals who strive for excellence and representation in the Permanent Makeup & Aesthetic Industries.
Each of the founders have built their businesses in a way that comes away from the idea of hustle, hustle, hustle, and instead focuses on sustainability, longevity and legacy building – something that they aspire to help more professionals learn how to do.
