Jacqui Bell is a force to be reckoned with.
At just 25 she’s made history as the youngest person in the world to run Ultra Marathons on all seven continents.
These races are NOT for the faint hearted. We’re talking running for five to seven hours each day through deserts and snow while carrying all your food and equipment and dealing with crippling injuries.
Despite that inner steel, Jacqui’s warm, funny and determined, with a smile that belies the demons she’s had to conquer to go after her dreams.
In this incredible conversation, Jacqui gets raw and vulnerable about:
When I talk about courage being contagious… well… Jacqui has courage in spades. I know you’re going to walk away from this episode inspired to rise above whatever might have been holding you back in your own life.
Jacqui also has amazing sponsors who help her do everything she does: Alianz, Adrenaline, Lululemon, Jaybird, Brooks and FlightCentre.
