The first story this week involves a woman who spent her life in New Hampshire centuries ago being mistreated for being a supposed witch! Does her angry spirit now behave in ways similar to how people worried she acted like in life? Did the torment she received create the monster her former neighbors worried about? Then what do you do if your child is regularly seeing ghosts in your home? Ghosts you can’t see, but you do find proof that what she’s saying sure does not seem made up. I guess I just didn’t comprehend the obstacles. Sustainable Alamance has this quote on their website and I just love it: Poverty is not a lack of money but a lack of resources. We believe that you can “give a man fish” (charity) and even “teach a man to fish” (grace and mercy) but we must also ensure access to the lake (hope and justice).
