Arva Rice, chair of the Civilian Complaint Review Board, is resigning this Monday at the request of New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Also, the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel and Queens Midtown Tunnel will be closed overnight on select dates throughout the summer as the MTA tests massive flood doors.
