Weapon Refinery Tier List Part 1

I breakdown the first 5 units that have received a legendary weapon refine, by running them through the duel simulator and seeing if they make any improvements from their original weapon.

9:55- Raven, Basilikos (after postevaluation, changed ranking to A, since he only gets an additional 9 kills with the upgrade)

17:08 Leo, Brynhildr

21:59 Sanaki- Cymbeline (Ranking on tier list creator only goes to A, so she'll be in the A spot!)

26:19 Jaffar - Deathly Dagger

31:30 Zephiel - Eckesachs
