Matt Wilson of Under30CEO & Under30Experiences joins us this week to talk about life, travel, and making your own path! Matt is the author of The Millennial Travel Guidebook, available on Amazon now. If you want inspiration, folks…you’ve got it.

BEERS: Beer on Earth is our selection this week, as both Will and Jake made a trip to review some craft beer on their makeshift patio in Providence. The consensus? You need to get it on your radar if you like IPA’s.

BUSINESS: The S&P may close at an all-time high – it came very close last week after consumer data suggested that people have returned to spending at pre-COVID levels for the first time in 4-5 months. Economists do say that since unemployment benefits have run dry, it may be difficult to sustain. Will makes a valid point that we dive into a bit – is the market inflated with “fake money?” In the gaming world, Epic Game’s treasured child, Fortnite, has picked itself a war with Apple and Google, who Epic Games alleges is trying to “swoop in” on Fortnite’s profits. Now, Apple & Google find themselves on the hook with a massive lawsuit against them. Who will emerge successful?! For the stock of the week, we select a cruise line who claims they’ve generated “remarkable” demand for 2021.

BALLS: The Yankees are cooking! They are 10-0 at home, and undefeated in the last 10 against the Red Sox. Is the treasured rivalry dead? In the hockey world, we already have some major surprises. Most notably, the New York Islanders are leading the series against the 2018 Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals, and are looking for the sweep on Tuesday night. Could the Islanders be a legit threat? We also discuss Bruins’ goalie Tuuka Rask opting out of the season, citing “family concerns.” Normally, we wouldn’t bat an eye here…but after playing 5 games, it’s hard not to wonder if there were other factors – such as his performance – at play. In the NFL world, preseason training camps have officially kicked off! But there are two major points that the league has not really addressed yet – the frequent travel of teams from one coast to another, and the fact that FANS might be in the stadiums. Is this realistic?
