With the end of Prohibition in 1933 jazz in New York headed from Harlem to mid-town Manhattan. 52nd Street was the new hot spot later being dubbed "SWING STREET"- A multitude of clubs like THE FAMOUS DOOR, LEON & EDDIES, the ONYX , CLUB CAROUSEL and many more offered everything in the way of musical hilarity! and many of the bands and singers recorded - join us for an hour of authentic 52nd Street circa 1930-39!
