Immerse Yourself with Judy Brooks; Part 1 Robbie Bent, Founder of Othership

Hey Friends,

We are excited to bring you the first of a mini-series featuring the one and only Judy Brooks. We're calling this series "Immerse Yourself" as a homage to Judy's incredible work of self-discovery and emotional intelligence via her coaching, mentorship, and curated community of seekers, sojourners, creators, entrepreneurs and all around incredible human beings.

As a part of her work Judy leads retreats called "Immersions" which help participants go deep into themselves through inquiry, contemplation and considerations all while being surrounded and supported by a like-minded yet diverse group of people. Throughout this ALMG collaboration we will be hosting conversations between Judy and someone from her wider community, and today's episode kicks off the series with an incredible conversation between Zach, Dean, Judy and the dynamic Robbie Bent of Othership.

For those of you who do not know Othership it is an AMAZING app and IRL entity that exists to help its adherents shift their state. The app consists of over 250 guided breathwork classes to harness the power of the breath and build promoting habits. A transformative tool that makes up-regulating, down-regulating, and everything in between easeful, effective, and fun. Robbie and his team are taking the incredible benefits of the app, into the real world by adding physical space, and community into the practices.

Robbie is a creative problem solver, who is determined to provide people with an opportunity to live their best lives, by utilizing tools of breath, movement, sauna and cold exposure as well as community in an effort to affect positive change and address the problem of loneliness and the detrimental effects it has on our individual and collective health.

We know you will love "Othership" and Robbie, as well as this mini-series co-hosted by Judy.
