Ted Vail, D.I.S., is senior director of Foursquare Missions International (FMI) and vice president of global operations for The Foursquare Church. He holds a doctorate in intercultural studies, and he previously served as a missionary to Japan and Mexico, a director of Foursquare Disaster Relief, and a pastor with his wife, Dawn, in the U.S. northwest, California and Colorado.
