Alcohol (& other drugs, for that matter) is a big escapism tool that I see a large percentage of people abusing. In this episode I talk about why I barely drank in 2018, how I was able to drink under 20 drinks, as well as some tips for reducing your consumption, if you so choose. Enjoy :-)
