Previously, Luke was the President and CEO of iPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), one of the most renowned coach certification institutes in the world. He helped them grow from just 5 locations to over 22, with graduates spanning over 45 countries. He became the CEO at just 32 years old and served for just under 7 years. He still sits on the board of directors for iPEC.
