1. We talk about the New York Yankees series focusing on which games they should have one and my bigger concerns from the series overall. The Yankees were a better team on paper when I previewed them and it showed up all weekend when facing the Cleveland Guardians.
2. Next, we switch to focus on the Angels series which has seen the Guardians offense struggle mightily over two games. There are a lot of very bad hitters getting regular reps for the Cleveland Guardians which makes it almost impossible for the team to have any success.
3. Lastly, we switch to looking at all the roster moves made over the last five days. The Guardians brought back Luis Oviedo, promoted Richie Palacios, and activated half of the players from the COVID list. We talk about what is next and who might see their time with the Guardians coming to an end very soon. I also focus on what my ideal current lineup might look like.
