· Adjusting to schedule change
o Later bedtime, later wake time
· Stress – manifesting in ugly ways
o Behaviors towards people
o Smoking tobacco
· Health Coaching
· Truck Repairs
· Health Issues
· Commercial Kitchen Work
· Homestead Update
Results:
· Decreased journaling / content creation
· Improved health & wellness
o Health Coach Suggestions – future episode
· Attendance at Bible Study
· Increased family time and homestead work time
· Decreased focus on work / day job (“I need to care less”)
What can we expect for the month of June?
Tuesday 05/25 was the 145th day of the year = 40% (39.726027%) complete with 2020
By the end of June, we’ll be almost halfway through the year
