- The Guardians have an off day, but the Twins lost so the lead is now up to two in the division. The focus for the show is first on some prospects in the minors that have stood out of late due to fantastic pitching performances. We take some time to talk about Gavin Williams who recently had a six-inning no-hit performance and Cody Morris who you will see in the majors this year. Morris is striking out nearly 18 per nine right now. The only question with Morris is health, but there is no doubt he has major-league stuff.

The former starter has found a new life as a reliever this season. We also discuss an interesting quote on Will Benson that makes me wonder if he is viewed as a central part of this team or more of a depth piece moving forward.

We also dig into multiple things that stand out as to why it is that Myles Straw has had a historically bad season for the Guardians.
