James grew up in country western Queensland on a farming station and is now based in northern New South Wales of Australia and works as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach for private clients both locally and globally. He is a Keynote Speaker on health & wellness for organisations, businesses and health retreats across Australia and an Actor who has appeared in national television commercials, short films, a television series aired on the ABC, Amazon Prime & Netflix. He was also featured on reality TV as a SAS Australia: Hell Week recruit.

He dedicates his social media to educating and entertaining on the topics of health, well-being and everyday life in a comedic way.

This week’s episode discusses the abandonment issues James underwent as a young child growing up on his parent’s farming station. We then venture into his foray into steroids to find the best version of himself and how that led to serious physical ailments surrounded by shame and guilt. This was his rock bottom that led him into the world of holistic practices.

Towards the end, we openly discuss his experience on SAS Australia, his challenges in dealing with a toxic relationship, and the traumas that took place while participating.
