Cris is a student of the world, finding her own path and helping others along the way. She has been using Meditation, Yoga, Crystal Healing, Reiki, and aromatherapy to light her way for almost 20 years. 
Cris is the creator of the Sacred Practice Yoga Deck, a chakra inspired yoga set along with host of her podcast - Grounding Journey, The deeper conversations you've been seeking as a way to connect with other souls on a similar spiritual journey. All has led to the creation of the My Healthy Life monthly subscription box.
When Cris isn't cuddled up at home with her dog, a good book, and a glass of wine, she's often traipsing around foreign lands with her husband and son, exploring and learning from different cultures and beliefs systems.
