Then Clive focused on the topic of phoning clients back. The stats from the Fix Radio research team were alarming! He spoke to VOIP Phone CEO Colin Duffy and Dan from the Job and Knock Pod & UScribe Jig all about this.

Then the 'Big Guy' looked at whether protest culture was on the rise in our industry. He heard from the founder of the Shrewsbury 24 Terry Renshaw, PB Plumber and Craig Scudder who is an Eco Builder and member of Insulate Britain

And to finish off proceedings Clive asked who is the most annoying person you have ever worked with and what trade really grinds your gears!
