1. We pull from WKYC’s article on the Cleveland City Councils' vote on the Cleveland Guardians renovations. We discuss why I am always a bit nervous about cities providing support to sports franchises. Yet why in this case this might be as good as it gets in terms of city support and them trying to base it all off of Guardians revenue streams.
2. Free Agency has been well like NBA and NFL free agency. The starters and the outfielders have been signing left and right. We talk about it all, and how it affects the Guardians. We also explain why it is unlikely the Guardians will be active but why that is not a bad thing. 
3. We look at a group of players whose teams have waived or might waive to see if anyone could help the Guardians. We talk about the free-agent market and the big signings of the day. We discuss who is left among the starters and outfielders, a pair of groups that are highly picked over. Last we look at who could slide in free agency that the Guardians might jump on once the CBA is figured out.
