Tanner Gordon spares no detail when laying out his mistakes, failures and showing the kind of person he really is. His genuine gestures has landed him as Ted's favorite contractor, a sentiment that's shared among many of Tanner's clients. Tanner's method of communicating shocks Owen as he's never experienced that working with contractors in his 18 year tenure as a Real Estate Investor. The conversation gets a little enticing when Owen gives Tanner a little tough love with his goal setting but is challenged by Ted, all with positive and good intentions.
