Episode 31 of the Everyman Movie Review!
(Sorry for the delay - apparently then episode didn't post on Anchor. Remember, the episode always goes live on Thursday over on YouTube.)
This review is to be neither an accusation nor a confession, and least of all an adventure, for death is not an adventure to those who stand face to face with it. It will try simply to tell of a generation of men who, even though they may have escaped shells, were destroyed by the war. This week - we're discussing the WWI film - 1917. It took far too long to see, but I was excited to finally catch it in Dolby Cinema at AMC!
Was I disappointed? Check out the episode to find out!

The Everyman Movie Review is a different kind of movie commentary - it's not about the art of movie-making, but rather about the enjoyment and entertainment of the film itself. It's not about me or my opinion, it's about the movie - does it deliver on what it promises?
