On Thursday, May 16th, Los Angeles Football Club (9-3-1)earned a 2-0 home victory against F.C. Dallas. Three days later, LAFC traveled to the Lone Star state to play F.C. Dallas in their house. The black and gold didn't repeat the dominant performance they put on at the Banc against Dallas, but still left Texas with a point in hand, and four points overall from a team it only earned one from in 2018.
With nine wins in fourteen attempts and 31 out of 42 points in hand, LAFC is approaching the mid-season break looking to finish the first half strong. LAFC's next game will be a home match against the Montreal Impact before the club plays its final match before the recess in Portland against the Timbers.
