In today’s episode, we will learn more about lifespan versus health span, and how they are connected.  Many of us have heard about lifespan, but we don't know the importance of health span. Lifespan equates to the duration of existence in the body that you have now, health span measures, and a healthy life expectancy.

 

Health span is a period of life spent in good health free from chronic diseases and the challenges of aging. It's not merely the absence of disease, but health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. How you age depends on your choices. People measure health like beauty. How healthy will you be during your life? Health has so many dimensions, we all want to live longer. But many of us don't even think about the fact that we want to live longer and be healthier.
