About Our Guest:   Mark spent 16 years as an analyst with ESPN, appearing on radio and TV. He won three Super Bowls as an offensive lineman playing with the Redskins from 1989-1994, and the Broncos from 1995-2000. Now you can see him on FS1 throughout the week, and as an in-game analyst on Fox NFL Sundays. He was born in Alaska, played his college football at Idaho, has his own Stinkin' Good Green Chile Sauce, is an actor, a radio host in Denver, and has his own podcast.
