Jose Alejandro is a visionary, embodied leadership coach and brand integrity strategist for impact-driven men. He is the Founder of The Reflex Media, an agency focused on amplifying the impact of the men’s well-being movement and redefining masculine leadership by bridging strategy and leadership coaching.

He is also the Co-Founder of Modern Renaissance Man, a movement empowering modern men to express their truth and own their power entirely. He inspires men to lead embodied and integrated service lives through brotherhood, resources, and transformative events.

His purpose is to inspire men to embody their truth to lead lives of integrity, intention, and impact.

In this week's episode, we explored the journey that took Jose from Porta Rica into the hood of New York, the challenges faced with the numerous separations that took place with his parents and how this showed up later in his life. We also talked about the Rites of Passage process that he is going through and the importance of having a partner who can hold space for him as he grows spiritually and consciously. We also discussed what it means to facilitate and participate in a Men’s gathering and how that enables the feminine side of men to come out due to the safety the space provides.
