It's a New Day: 12-19-23 Pope Authorizes Blessing Same-Sex Couples

Pope Francis authorized Roman Catholic priests to bless same-sex couples, according to a Vatican document, and the removal of the Confederate monument at Arlington National Cemetery was temporarily halted by a federal judge who issued an injunction temporarily halting work to remove the memorial as part of the military’s efforts to take down symbols commemorating the Confederacy.
