This is a conversation I wanted to share with one of my best friends in the world, Lisa Hall.

Lisa is a Licensed Counselor here in Oregon. She has an active private practice and works with a variety of clients dealing with trauma.

In our time together, Lisa and I talk about the impact the Quarantine is having  on our mental health, relationships, and culture.  We talk about the impact of worldwide trauma, And we share some practical tips  that I hope will be valuable to you.

I know you will love Lisa's insights and wisdom.
