Mayor Adams touts housing gains in NYC as critics push back

Mayor Adams and top administration officials announced Monday that the city financed the preservation and construction of nearly 29,000 affordable and public housing units over the last year — a 12% increase over last year when the city funded more than 26,000 such units.
