Good greetings Indianapolis! Welcome back to another Circle City News podcast sponsored by The Law Office of Mark Nicholson. If you or someone you know has been charged with a battery case, contact Mark Nicholson, The Battery Man, Indiana’s most notorious defense attorney.
Today we had a lovely time interviewing one of Indy's very own flow artists. Spencer explains to us the many forms of the flow arts, and of his own flow art collective. Circle City Fire - found on facebook or instagram. He can be found locally at Mousetrap and will be in Indy on March 26th, for the 8th annual Collage Fest. Join Spencer and his flow arts friends on Keystone and 56th this Saturday to see them perform live! Watch Spencer flow poi at @spenceromfg on facebook and instagram.
We discuss the news regarding grand corporations banding together in support of LGBTQ+ persons as USA southern states pass laws that jeopardize the safety of trans and non heterosexual youth. Apple’s Tim Cook, a member of the community, and Walt Disney’s Bob Chapek show public disappointment in Florida’s recent “Don’t Say Gay” bill. The two have paid for ads to run in Texas in support of the community, shortly after the first anti-trans trials began to take place.
A good week for speaking up and standing tall for what you believe in, Circle City News co-host Neveah pulls the JUSTICE card in Bees’s tarot card of the day.
