On this episode, Derek sits with Dr. Paul Lawrence.  Paul is the former Under Secretary for Benefits of the Department of Veteran Affairs.  Appointed by President Donald Trump in 2018, Paul was in charge of putting into place several pieces of legislation and administering Veteran benefits.  Paul will be discussing his early education, his military service and he will explain the various benefits and functions of the VA.  He has written a book, "Veterans Benefits for You: Get What you Deserve", which serves as a easy to follow, A-Z blueprint for Veterans.
