Chef Katsuji Tanabe opened his Raleigh restaurant, High Horse, less than a year ago. The three time BRAVO "Top Chef" contestant relocated his family to the area. After the coronavirus pandemic forced his restaurant to pivot to take-out orders, Tanabe made the difficult decisions recently to temporarily close the restaurant. In this raw interview, Tanabe opens up about making that decision and the uncertain future.
