A 1988 law regarding video rentals, called the Video Privacy Protection Act, is still affecting the legal, and even the insurance and technology landscape, today. On this episode of The Insuring Cyber Podcast, Antonio Trotta, vice president and claims practice leader for cyber, professional liability and financial lines at QBE North America, discussed how costs regarding VPPA claims could add up for insurers and what could change about data privacy laws moving forward.
