Switchel Recipe
- 1 cup ginger, chopped
- ½ cup maple syrup or honey... or none.
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ⅔ cup lemon juice
- 6 cups water (I used to make a double batch of this in a big pitcher)
Boil water with ginger for 2 minutes then let steep (cover the pot) for 20 minutes. Strain the ginger out (can use something like this https://amzn.to/3YJLO0M ) and then add in other ingredients. If too strong, add in more water.
