My guest today is my new friend Beth Young. Beth teaches about the Five Pillars of Health. Those five are, What we eat and drink, movement, relationships, quality sleep, and stress management. She is a Tai Chi instructor, and we talk about how 45 minutes in to her first class, she began to feel immense joy, and she felt as though 100 lbs had been lifted from her shoulders.
