On this episode, Karen Caton-Brunnings and I talk imposter syndrome! Have you ever heard of it? Imposter syndrome is the condition of feeling anxious and not experiencing success internally, despite being high-performing in external, objective ways. This condition often results in people feeling like "a fraud" or "a phony" and doubting their abilities. It stops us from doing things we feel called to do, because we are afraid that we won't measure up or that we will be judged and criticized for not being good enough.
Have you ever felt like this? Has it ever stopped you from doing, saying or being something that you really wanted to do, say or be?
Karen and I normalized this feeling and talk about ways of overcoming it, so we can follow our hearts calling and live the expanded life we were born for.
