I don't know who needs to hear this... but stop burning yourself out and staying on go mode all the time. Take that nap, go on a walk, watch a movie, eat that dessert, do whatever TF it is that makes you feel good. Pick up old hobbies you forgot about and see how it makes you feel. Read a book about anything other than personal development and let yourself see what it's like to leave reality for a little while. There are so many little things we can do everyday that make us feel good, and the better we feel, the more productive we'll actually be!
